Behind every listing is a story worth telling well — that's the idea Symbolic Image is built on.

I'm Scott Anthony Horowitz, a San Diego-based photographer specializing in real estate and architectural imagery, aerial photography, and 3D/virtual tours. Photography has always been the passion — capturing a home's beauty, its light, its character. But real estate has been right alongside it: I spent years as a licensed Realtor in San Diego, and that world gave me a second lens to see through. I know what makes a buyer stop scrolling, what agents need to hit a listing deadline, and how to shoot a space so it feels like somewhere people can picture their life.

That perspective is backed by real technical training. I'm a certified FAA Part 107 drone pilot, a graduate of the New York Institute of Photography, and a trained Matterport imaging specialist — so every shoot, from ground-level interiors to aerial exteriors to full 3D walkthroughs, is deliberate, not guesswork. I offer both premium Matterport tours and Zillow-optimized 3D Home tours, and I work with agents to figure out which format actually fits the property and the platform it's being marketed on. I'm also currently expanding into aerial mapping and photogrammetry, bringing drone imagery into construction, survey, and site-documentation work.

Before real estate, I spent nearly three decades building and running my own branding and embroidery business — so client service, reliability, and turnaround times aren't an afterthought here. They're the whole model.
